Thoughtfully converted from an old workshop 15 years ago and just a 10 minute walk from Salisbury train station, restaurants, cultural sites, shops and the 800-year old Cathedral. Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travellers seeking a convenient and cosy escape. It is the ideal base from which to explore the medieval city whilst enjoying stylish accommodation fully equipped with modern amenities.

The ground floor detached house is modern, very light and airy and finished to a high standard. Everything needed from a short break or a longer term stay is available with complimentary housekeeping.

Free Parking: off-street on driveway by property for one vehicle so you can explore the city without worrying about your car. (Saving you £10 per day!)

Two Bedrooms: a standard double and single bedroom with comfortable mattresses to guarantee a peaceful night's rest.

Modern Bathroom: With walk in shower and underfloor heating. Cole and Lewis Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Wash and Body Wash are provided.

Modern, Fully Equipped Kitchen: Embrace your inner chef with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. 

Cosy Open-Plan Living and Breakfast Bar: Share memorable meals and quality time with friends and family. Comfortable seating, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and tasteful décor create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Spend relaxing nights in streaming your favourite shows on the smart TV (via your own account), or enjoy a board game or two with loved ones.

Dedicated Office Space: Perfect for remote working needs.

ꕤ  Utility Area: For your convenience, we've provided a washing machine. Keep your clothes fresh and clean, even during longer stays.

We provide ALL the basic essentials to save you having to pack them! We provide:
Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, enough toilet rolls for your entire stay, tissue boxes
Utility: laundry pods
Kitchen: Kitchen roll, oven gloves, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponge, washing up brush, tin foil, cling film
Condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil, selection of teas, coffee, sugar, fresh milk in the fridge

We will share plenty of recommendations of things to see and do locally, all laid out in a user-friendly digital welcome guide which will be shared with you ahead of check-in. We have partnered with local independent restaurants and experience providers to offer you exclusive discounts - more details are shared in the digital guidebook once the booking is confirmed.
 

LONGER STAYS
Please note that for longer bookings (21+ nights) we will cover electricity/gas usage up to £100 a month. Any excess will be charged to the Guest. We offer a complimentary spruce up clean every fortnight. A fresh linens and towels service can be booked on request (£20 per bedroom). Should you desire more frequent Housekeeping, we will he happy to discuss this with you.

The Local Area

There are a plethora of things to see and do in the local area. A few of our top suggestions include: ❃ The Beautiful Cathedral, with the tallest spire in the UK and surrounded by a beautiful green area, is a 15 minute walk from the property. ❃ Stonehenge is a 20 minute drive, there are regular bus trips from the station too. ❃ Salisbury still has twice-weekly charter markets which have run continuously since 1227! ❃ There are walks along the 5 rivers which flow through Salisbury easily accessible from the property. An OS map is provided to give you inspiration! ❃ Old Sarum, an Iron Age Hill fortress, then Roman Fort, then original Cathedral is a beautiful 45 minute walk from the property. ❃ All of the local restaurants are a short walk from the door. We have collaborated with local restaurants to offer you discounts for a range of cuisines - codes are shared in our digital guidebook :) The area is renowned for its forest sporting activities, and the New Forest National Park and the famous Dorset Jurassic Coastline are just under an hour’s drive away. The area is centrally located to offer easy travel options to Southampton, Winchester, Stockbridge, Bath and Bristol, as well as a direct train link to London Waterloo.
