Enter on the first floor, where you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms (including a private en-suite). Head downstairs to the spacious open-plan living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cosy lounge — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.
Step through the bifold doors into the enclosed garden, where you’ll find outdoor seating, a BBQ (please bring your own charcoal), and a lawn that’s ideal for kids and dogs to play. The garden backs directly onto the river, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting that’s rare for such a centrally located property.

We provide ALL the basic essentials to save you having to pack them! We provide:
✻ Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, enough toilet rolls for your entire stay, tissues
✻ Utility Items: washing machine, washing machine pods, clothes drying rack
✻ Kitchen: kitchen roll, oven gloves, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponge, brush, tin foil, cling film & dishwasher tablets
✻ Condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil, selection of Clipper teas, coffee, sugar, fresh milk in the fridge
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We provide dog bowls, poop bags and treats. The nearest place to walk your dog is Churchill Gardens, 300 meters away.
LONGER STAYS
We offer a complimentary spruce up clean every fortnight. A fresh linens and towels service can be booked on request (£20 per bedroom). Should you desire more frequent Housekeeping, we will he happy to discuss this with you.

The Local Area
There are a plethora of things to see and do in the local area. A few of our top suggestions include: ❃ The Beautiful Cathedral, with the tallest spire in the UK and surrounded by a beautiful green area. ❃ Stonehenge is a 20 minute drive, there are regular bus trips from the station too. ❃ Salisbury still has twice-weekly charter markets which have run continuously since 1227! ❃ There are walks along the 5 rivers which flow through Salisbury easily accessible from the property. An OS map is provided to give you inspiration! ❃ Old Sarum, an Iron Age Hill fortress, then Roman Fort, then original Cathedral is a beautiful 45 minute walk from the property. ❃ All of the local restaurants are a short walk from the door. We have collaborated with local restaurants to offer you discounts for a range of cuisines - codes are shared in our digital guidebook :) The area is renowned for its forest sporting activities, and the New Forest National Park and the famous Dorset Jurassic Coastline are just under an hour’s drive away. The area is centrally located to offer easy travel options to Southampton, Winchester, Stockbridge, Bath and Bristol, as well as a direct train link to London Waterloo.
