You enter the annexe through the French Doors off the patio, and walk into the beautiful double bedroom with spacious en-suite shower room (underfloor heating available in winter!).
Off the hallway there is a large open plan kitchen/diner, fully kitted out with all the modern features you would expect from a home away from home; full sized double oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The cosy sitting room offers stunning views across the nearby fields so if you are looking for a peaceful spot to relax, this room is ideal! Finally, there is a small cloakroom with toilet.

Nb: Croft Annexe is a self-contained unit within "Croft House". There are two dwellings in the house - a 2 bed apartment on the 1st floor, and a 4-bed house which may be occupied during your visit. All units have a private entrance, allocated parking spaces, and private outdoor spaces.

Croft House is in an ideal spot to watch the sunsets, so we are sure you will spend many a wonderful evening spent sat back enjoying the expansive views across the sweeping lawn, orchard and neighbouring fields.

There are endless opportunities for walking enthusiasts and cyclists. Ford is perfectly positioned to provide easy access within a 10-minute drive to Salisbury city centre and all its amenities including shopping, leisure and cultural sites in Salisbury and the surrounding area, such as the famous Salisbury Medieval Cathedral, Old Sarum, Stone Henge, Wilton House, Museums and more. The surrounding countryside offers endless opportunities for walking enthusiasts and cyclists alike. There are numerous bridlepaths including Monarch's Way national trail.
