HOST WITH GRACE has been fantastic and indispensable in setting up and planning our first ever Airbnb venture. Grace did everything; set up the Airbnb profile; advised us on pricing and helped with vetting the guests. She handled the correspondence with our guests which was invaluable and took away the worry that we initially felt. Everyone needs a Grace!

When my parents no longer needed our annex to live in, we decided to advertise it on Airbnb but had no idea how to! That's when HOST WITH GRACE stepped in and took on all the organising, for which we will always be grateful. Grace advised us on pricing, took the photos and set it all up. She also handled all the bookings and arranged cleaners for the changeovers to save us time and effort. With Grace you are in safe hands and would be hard pressed to find better.

I stayed at Grace's for one night only as I had a wedding nearby. We agreed flexible check in and check out which was most appreciated. Communication was quick and helpful - she even gave me tips for where to go for my run in the morning as I'm not familiar with the area. The room was great. The sheets and towels were super fresh and bed really comfy. She'd even left out water and a selection of hot drinks and some fruit. Lovely! Not to mention some books on Stonehenge as I'd asked her about it I highly recommend staying here - it was my great value. Thank you!

The accommodation was immaculately presented and extremely tasteful in a most glorious peaceful setting. Grace was an excellent host who welcomed us to the house upon arrival and helped us settle in quickly. We could not have wished for a nicer place to stay.

This is such a lovely place to stay. It's our second time here and hope to stay many more times. For about the same price as a hotel we feel spoilt during our stay. We have our own garden, garage, conservatory, kitchen, lounge and en-suite! I think the dogs love it as much as we do!
